Food was ok, only two bread choices which wasn?t really their fault. Worker was quite ornery about my whole family coming in at... once at lunch time (7 people). A few other people came in behind us too and he barked out if anyone else wanted ham after my sonorder a ham sandwich. No one responded so he yelled it out again frustrated. I?m not sure why it matters if the next person oranyone else in the store orders ham too or something else? He just seemed put out to be doing his job. No seating inside therestaurant and hard to get into the parking lot with the one way streets. Read more

Had a big order. 8 sandwiches and a salad. Online ordering stopped me at 6. Tried to call the order in for 15 minutes. Line... was busy. Drove to order in person and even though there was only one customer in the shop, was told I had to order online orcall. When I told her I tried both, she said, "I'm sorry. I'm not making all those sandwiches!" The Pizza place right nextdoor, Sarpinos, on the other hand has GREAT customer service! It's pizza tonight! Didn't see another customer enter in Subway,the entire time we sat and waited for our pizza. Customer service will make or break a business. Read more
Close by and convenient for lunch, but the older black lady has a nasty attitude. She clearly does not enjoy working at Subway... or assisting the customers that come in! Might be time for a new gig. Read more

I went there two days in a row and tried to give it a chance. The new girl made the same mistakes both days it?s like they... didn?t even train her. What would make her think that I would want my meat cold? She tried wrap it up before putting the meat inthe toaster, and then had an attitude the whole entire time.
