The place don?t read there online orders right at all. So don?t order online if you want your sandwich to be correct
Horrible service...my bf sandwich was made wrong AND $3 overpriced. They refused to refund or remake& threatened to call the... police over THEIR MISTAKE. SO, we went to another subway and got charged $3 LESS FOR THE SAME SANDWICH MADE RIGHT WITH EXTRAMEAT! This woman is pocketing extra money. Y'all pay attention! Read more

Manager need training in customer service. I ask for chicken bacon ranch & the chicken comes in chunks & I ask her to cut it plz... because it the chunks tear up my bread. She tells me it?s already cut up which it was not & she start making the sandwich liketo hell with what I?m explaining. The regular employee never had a problem with cutting up the chunks a little for me. Verysimple request. Just sad but my money spends everywhere so I left & I will not be back. And keep in mind I would go there once aweek sometimes twice but now they lost a good customer just because the manager prefer ignoring me when I simply wanted her tocut up the chicken chunks which literally takes 10 seconds. The staff is friendly and courteous. We went at a time when there were not a bunch of people. We were in and out in no time.
