The food is normal taco bell here. You k ow what you're signing up for. Unfortunately this place can get extremely busy and they... are currently understaffed so it can sometimes take a while to get your food. Hopefully once they are at full staff again theywill be much quicker. Read more

I ordered 5 potato tacos for lunch on my way to work. They made me wait because they said they were waiting on fresh potatoes.... Of course I will wait for fresh food! I get my food and drive to work and eat one of the tacos and the potato's taste old..likethey were cooked a few days ago and simply warmed up. So I try another one. Same thing. Listen I've been to this location toomany times and received bad service. Today I'm writing a review because I'm clocked in at work and can't leave to get more food.I paid for something I have to throw away. That location needs serious work with the staff. They seem like they don't want to bethere. Everyone is depressed. Does anyone want to work anymore? How hard is it to follow simple recipes to make a taco?Especially when the company gives all the tools. It doesn't make sense. And management please don't respond to me. I giving this Taco Bell this low rating because at 10:15 at night on 8/25 there was one person working the store. Cooking,... drive-up window everything. Definitely one of the worst taco Bell's in the area, I really don't know why I go back. The food/prep quality is not good, half... the time they don't answer the drive through or even open during normal store hours, don't serve breakfast even when it's beforethe 11 cut off. But hey they give you plenty of hot sauce. Read more
This location always messes the order up entirely and the workers constantly rude. My fiancee and I made a special trip to Taco... Bell this morning because my fiancee never has time to make it there to have their breakfast. Taco Bell stops serving breakfastat 11:00am so we arrived at 10:45am ready to order. We were the only car in the drive thru so we took a moment to paruse thebreakfast menu that was displayed. I don't particularly care for their breakfast menu so my fiancee asked the worker if they hadalso started serving lunch or if it was just breakfast. That's when the worker informed us that they weren't selling ANYbreakfast and only had lunch. It seems incredibly inconsiderate for them to not even mention that we couldn't even order off ofthe menu that was being displayed until my fiancee asked a question. Now of course the workers have no way of knowing that theirbreakfast was the only reason we'd even stopped there so obviously no blame there. But we had arrived with plenty of time tostill order from that menu and it was frustrating none the less. We went ahead and ordered off of the lunch menu since we werealready there and hungry but we disappointed to find that they put lettuce on our soft tacos that we'd asked for to be without.How hard is it to NOT put lettuce on 4 tacos?? We took out a step in the process making it easier if anything! And again, WEWERE THE ONLY CAR AT 10:45AM. I'm not one to demand perfection from every single restaurant I go to and I'd like to think I havefairly reasonable expectations when it comes to food service. But this is not an isolated incident of incorrect orders and lackof considerate service at this Taco Bell location. There is another close location that is infinitely better in both categoriesso maybe take some notes from them and work on how you do business here. Sat and waited for 2 tacos to be made. Took employees 15 minutes to make them cause their social life is more important.... Hopefully Taco Bell isn?t paying to much hourly for this type of service ???? Read more
