If I could give a zero I would. Walked there due to car issues to grab something to eat . Needless to say I had to use the... bathroom. I asked for the code after waiting 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. To which I was told the bathroom wasfor paying customers only this was before asking what we wanted to order. Bad bad customer service. Where has human dendencygone to? And why was this employee so rude ? When leaving a much nicer lady said to have a good day . I quickly thanked her forher kindness. This taco bell Is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the greater Kansas City area. The manager during the day is an unfriendly... angry individual. This woman honestly should not be in management her condescending attitude her tone as if she?s better than,it?s just terrible. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone even if it is for the cheapest meal possible. Perhaps Taco Bellshould reevaluate management add this terrible Taco Bell. I can only hope that anyone in upper management wanting to ensureregular clientele and regular visitors and just human people period Will actually investigate the horrible customer service atsuch a frequented restaurant. If I could do zero I would. Bad attitudes and I ordered 2 grilled chicken burritos with no tomato, got 2 cold burritos and they... both had tomato. Didn't give them a hard task. They still failed. I tried to give them a chance even though I knew I wasn'tgoing to have an amazing experience. I set the bar pretty low and they still disappointed. Read more

I have a minor cousin that works for this Taco Bell and a manger by the name of Sarah gave out... this MINORS information to a grown man that claimed he was ?interested? in the minor. Not only that this manger accepted moneyfrom this grown man because she gave this grown man the minors name,the hours they work and what time they leave. (He cash appedher) The employees have disrespectful attitudes, and I?ve seen three different employees walk back from the gas station withliquor and brought the liquor into the work area!
