Went to this TB just last week, and got the Mexican Pizza. Four complaints about that day. 1) The lobby is still closed, 2)... Service is ridiculously slow, 3) when I got the Mexican Pizza, the oil they where using, was rancid and 4) I tried to tell themthe oil was rancid, and they seemed to not have a care in the world and would not listen. I had to return it, get my money backand drive further to get a better Mexican Pizza. Never will I ever go to this location anymore. Read more

I am a doordasher and my recent experience left me stuck in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes because the store closed early... and as soon as I got to the speaker they said the store was closed. No apologies, no explanation. I had to pause my orders andlose gas plus not continue on until I could get out if drive-thru. The only note on the lobby door was that the lobby was closedand to pick up orders in the drive-thru so this was nor a pleasant experience at all. Read more

If I could give this location a 0 star, I would. Every single time I've attempted to order from the store on 64th street, one... part if not most of my order has been messed up in some way or another. Can never receive fresh food, as it tastes like it'sbeen sitting under a heat lamp all day, and my cinnabon delights were cold by the time I was home being a maximum of 5 minutesaway. All of this is on top of if they are even open at said times posted around the store without any indication that servicecannot be provided due to what ever the situation may be. Read more

Lately, this Taco Bell has made a big turn around. It?s had some struggles in the past but it?s made some obvious positive... changes. I?ve had really good food here recently. I even had the best Taco Bell burrito I?ve ever had, yesterday. That?s sayinga lot. I hope they keep it up. Read more

The current manager there deserves a raise? As a retail manager myself I understand being short staffed and doing what you can?... Most people don?t care? Currently the best Taco Bell even though there is a long wait. I appreciate the manager for caring! Gether more people Read more

Well happened yet again! Went back tonight, asked not once but three times ?please do not put sour cream on my chalupa or my... taco? was told promise! I received a free 5 layer because they made me throw up last time because I can not handle sour cream atall, the taste gags me!
