Kinda weird when not even being greeted or acknowledged when walking in and standing at the front. Then finally after a few... minutes an employee tells you to order on the touch screen and do it yourself. I get it may be easier for them and they wereprobably short staffed but it would've been nice being aware that they couldn't take my order when i originally walked in,instead of standing there looking lost. But i finally got it figured out but forgot to hit print on the receipt part and when igot someone's attention they made it seem like a huge inconvenience to help find and print it for me. I get being short staffedand stressed out because of it, it would just still feel nice for the staff to attempt to treat me like a human being ratherthan another order number, that's all. The food and prices are good, just wish the service could step it up a bit. Read more
I was picking up a nacho bell grande that was in my rewards. The item was made to perfection. They did NOT skip on any... ingredient! I loved every last morsel, that I took my finger and swiped the rest of the goodies out of the container. Drivethru staff were so pleasant. They greeted me and then when we meet face to face at the window they're kindness continued. Theyopened the window with a big smile, called me by name and had my order ready. I will choose this Taco Bell location againbecause EVERYTHING was great from entering, ordering, eating and leaving! Read more
The Grilled Cheese Burrito is BACK!! My daughter got a notification about it on her phone from her taco bell app, and she was so... excited because it's her favorite thing to eat!! This was our first time eating at this location, and the food was perfect! Wewill definitely be back next time we're in the area! Read more
I will never waste my time coming in the lobby ever again. We had waited in line at the drive through for almost 40 minutes and... wouldn't you know it, our order was missing items. I went inside to go get the missing items and was not acknowledged for 10minutes. The lobby was full of customers who had been waiting equally as long for their food to be ready. The employee who wasrunning the mobile orders/in person orders was not kind at all. There were two guests who had been waiting for their food foralmost an hour and when they finally had a chance to question the delay, the employee was incredibly rude. She said "ma'am don'tyou see that I have a full lobby of people right now? Your order will be done when it gets done, I'm not trying to be rude oryell at you that's just the matter of the fact we're incredibly busy." Then she stormed off and didn't allow further comments.When she finally made her way over to me, she was very short and snippy with me about the missing items. If you have lots oftime to kill and waste away, come to this taco bell but know the customer service is not good at all. Read more
The food was good but the workers are a bit weird. Nice enough, but really creepy.
Horrible my taco only had basically a teaspoon of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. Ridiculous I ordered four tacos and all were... the same. Discussing and shameful they would even send this out to a customer. Highly disappointed Read more
Yikes! We just got supreme tacos and I have NO clue what this is supposed to be. Maybe they ran out of meat and used black... beans, but they could have said that versus sending us home with these sketchy looking tacos. Convenient location, plenty of parking. Good hours of operation and they are clearly posted. Rest room appeared clean. Service... was better than most places. They got my order correct the first time. If they're busy taking someone's order, they haveconvenient kiosks for several people to place orders simultaneously, and they were easy to navigate. I thought the food wasactually pretty good for the price. I hope they make the enchirito permanent again. Above average selection of beverages. Theyare a Pepsi place, not a Coke place. I did not like all the seating being hard surfaces. There were no cushions to be seen. Ithink an opportunity for improvement would be dedicated motorcycle parking. Right now there isn't any. Read more
