I don't think they know exactly what they are doing here. Mixing up dine in orders with drive through orders, a extremely dirty... dining room, them not knowing how to make their own menu items. I know it's not everyone that works theres fault. But man, thelady who took our order and was rude to us when we questioned why our food wasn't right after waiting nearly 20 mins? Come on.Be better. I love all Taco bell stores and the food. I gave only 4 stars for all the time they kept their doors closed over the last few... years. I am a busy notary that needs to find places to use a restroom throughout the day and I cover 2 states driving 800 to1000 miles weekly. It's disrespectful to treat professionals this way. The last couple of years has been so hard on peoplethat work out there all day long. Read more
We Ordered food. The staff gave us the wrong food and took it back in with an open taco, and thrown in a bag. The staff... proceeded to ask what was wrong with it. One, it's not our order. Two staff yelling and cussing at one another. One staffpunching boxes of supplies. Manager asked what was wrong and told him the problem, then we asked him for a refund, and the staffsaid when we get all the cars through the drive-through. A female staff member finally refunded us: worse customer service, poormanagement, and lack of respect for the customer. Read more
As far as Taco bell goes, it's a good one. Grant it I only visit this one early in the morning but I love that I can get normal... food all day. I have a disdain for most fast food brekkie. Read more

Got a couple of the build your $5 box the other day which is really cool but when we got our food there was almost no beef in... it. I counted about 5 pieces of beef in both crunch wrap and even the five layer burrito was bare. I'm not sure if they ran outof beef or what. Read more
The service was great, I was in the drive through line for over 45min cause they are short staffed. Pay more taco bell so better... quality people will think twice before they quit. Read more
