I came through the drive today on my lunch break and have been through this drive thru 4 times in the last month. Angie has been... the one to take my order each time and each time she is loud and clear, reads back the order to make sure every thing iscorrect, she?s precise, she?s friendly and each time I pull up to pay and get my food she is fast and friendly. The very firsttime I came through the drive thru I ordered a Mexican Pizza and she was quick to tell me they were all out, I started orderingsomething else and she said ?I?m just playing with you)?.I got my Mexican pizza. I pulled up to the window and we both had alaugh. In a world where a lot of people are uptight and in a rush, we need more Angie?s and I thank her because that particularday was stressful for me. Idk who thinks that if someone wants steak substituted that means go ahead and give them the beef and then a side of steak like... what??? The minute you try to correct a mistake, even in the most polite way possible, they get an attitude.
