The employees do not care about the customers, everytime I come here for a lunch order for work I get sighed at and get dirty... looks because it's a larger order. There is only 1 manager there that cares and she is the reason I continue to come here. Read more

Didn?t have their doors unlocked and refused to let us walk through to give us our pickup order. Robert Moore was the manager... and they were very rude and laughed at us in the drive though in 20 degree weather. Bad workers and food. 0/10z Read more

I came through the drive today on my lunch break and have been through this drive thru 4 times in the last month. Angie has been... the one to take my order each time and each time she is loud and clear, reads back the order to make sure every thing iscorrect, she?s precise, she?s friendly and each time I pull up to pay and get my food she is fast and friendly. The very firsttime I came through the drive thru I ordered a Mexican Pizza and she was quick to tell me they were all out, I started orderingsomething else and she said ?I?m just playing with you)?.I got my Mexican pizza. I pulled up to the window and we both had alaugh. In a world where a lot of people are uptight and in a rush, we need more Angie?s and I thank her because that particularday was stressful for me. When I pulled up to the window today Kiesha (I probably didn?t spell that right) was at the windowwith Angie, to take my payment and hand over the food. She had a big smile, was fast and friendly also so thank you to you bothfor making my day better, you guys are doing it right! Read more

Idk who thinks that if someone wants steak substituted that means go ahead and give them the beef and then a side of steak like... what??? The minute you try to correct a mistake, even in the most polite way possible, they get an attitude. Tried to file acomplaint with the manager but the woman who answered argued with my husband even though he was nothing but respectful and justwanting to understand why this all happened, and she hung up on him. Have been here for 40 minutes, now 7:30. The workers inside are just looking out the windows, supposed to have been open for... half an hour now, not open. Glad I am wasting my time here instead of in the hospital room with my wife who hasn't been able toeat for four days and this morning wanted taco bell. Maybe I will be able to get it to her before I have to leave her to go towork. Maybe not. Thanks, Robert Moore, bang up job here! Read more

It was one of the worse experiences, at a fast food restaurant, that I've had recently. I only went because my grandchildren... enjoy it and it it is in close proximity to my apartment. We walked in and were not acknowledged. Two employees looked directlyat us twice but kept ignoring us. As we were about to leave the employee walking from the drive thru to the back called out"order on the kiosk." This was after waiting for six minutes. In the interim another customer walked in and was acknowledged andassisted by two male employees at the register. We placed the order and waited. Eventually, a girl dropped our $16.00 order onthe counter called my name and walked away. Suffice it to say, this will be our last foray to an establishment that does notappreciate my business enough to practice decent customer service skills. Read more
