Ordered my food online...requested slow roasted tomatoes was charges an extra 2.00 for them...went to pick up my order the... cashier was nonchalant..when Iooked at my food and saw no tomatoes I asked her what happened she said I guess we out..I askedabout the charge for the tomatoes I didn't get and she said what u want me to do?? Horrible horrible service If I can give a 0 I would I ordered doordash they didn?t put any CHICKEN in my CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE... pasta I drove up there Maybe 10 miles (Hell I paid 26,00 including tip) All they did was with the food I brought back! Terrible customer service. They?ve continuously given me the wrong order on numerous occasions. I?m open minded & understanding... enough to know people make mistakes but this is a reoccurring theme with this particular restaurant. The worst thing about it isthe phone is never on so they make it impossible to reach them via. phone call. The food is good for the most part, I just wishthings were ran a lil smoother & workers were held accountable for building a bad reputation for a upcoming & growing business.Once these minor problems are fixed I?m sure this business could be ranked way higher than where it is currently. I usually love this place. Today I got fish, and it was disgusting! It looked like nuggets from Walmart, with the skin still on... there. It was hard. There were bones in it. My fries were burnt. The green beans were excellent as always. I ordered throughdoordash. It came quickly! The food was hot. The quality of the food was poor. And I pretty much paid double after fees and atip. This was our first time going to this place and I have to say the first impression was perfect! Not only did they go beyond... their way and their menu and fried some chicken wings for my boyfriend but they were fire!!! The chicken wings were seasonedperfectly and not greasy at all!!! And they looked so Authentic I wish I coulda snapped a photo of them prior to my boyfrienddevouring them! Mines was pretty delicious as well I was able to sneak in a photo of my food after I endulged in it already lolthe greens were a little salty but the potatoe salad was sweet and savory it offset the saltiness of the greens ???? and thecatfish tasted so fresh and fluffy and the great thing was I only asked for 4 of them and they ended up giving me 9!
