I was in there on September 18th around 12am. The store was super clean. The cook and the server seemed to be getting all the... orders out in a timely manner. The food was amazing! I use to love coming in here after I get off work. Here lately I have not liked it at all. In fact I don?t think I will be... coming back to this location. I think this location needs to do something about their late night shifts. They are rude and treateveryone like they are not important. After working a 72 hour shift all I wanted was a waffle it took 45 minutes to have myorder taken. As the cooks are outside smoking and flirting around, the servers are left in the store we people trying to ordermore food and no one to cook it. There is one cook particular she has red faded hair and she goes by rainbow as her name tagsays. Her attitude towards the customer?s are rude and you can tell she does not care about her job nor does she want to behere. I would be ashamed to have her working for me.! Our party of six arrived to find limited seating due to pandemic spacing measures, but the staff quickly moved things around and... seated us close together. Our waitress got a couple of the orders a little wrong (it was pretty noisy in there at the time), butshe was clearly working very hard at her job, so we didn't request replacements. Everything was tasty and came off the grillvery fast. This location is in a good area and is nice and clean. Outstanding. STEPHANIE was there as our waitress. Cooks did a great job. She was amazing and Waffle House Is always perfect. In... my eyes they are always perfect. I've never had a bad experience at a Waffle House. One of my favorite breakfast restaurants! There's usually a tiny wait but... it's totally worth it. And the service is always fantastic. I don't live in Kansas City, I flew in to KCI airport, but if I'mever back in the area I will absolutely revisit this location. Read more
I?ve been to Waffle House 2 times over the past 42 years. This is by far the best! The team there is great and the store is... clean! My wife and I took our two kids, 8 and 6 for their first visit ever! We were all so happy with the visit we?ve been backalready again since our 1st visit. Twice in a month! Read more
No consistency from shift to shift. Daytime gets five stars but Night shift knocks the average down to two. We were two of four... customers and the grill worker took our order then started what looked to be nightly cleaning. We arrived at 0530 and was toldthat we could only dine in and could not place to go orders (see PIC of yellow sign posted at entrance)our orders were incorrectand the waitress acted perturbed when we asked for our drinks and syrup after our food arrived. Look closely at the pic of emptycounter. It was sticky and clearly had not been wiped after previous guest. And the silverware that is in the same pic wassitting there when we were told that was the only spot we could take. Read more
It?s a good place for breakfast, lunch or supper. You can dine in or take out. It is just off the I-29(follow the address for... precise location information). They serve good waffles and it?s usually busy there. You may have to wait some few minutes beforeyou get served. Read more
