The staff was so friendly. It was my friend and I first time there and we had several questions and our waiter was helpful on... telling us what was good and how small plate Wednesday works. It was also my first time having duck and it definitely was not mylast time. For 2 people, we split an entree and appetizer, perfect amount of food for us both. Highly recommend this place. Read more
We sat outside in there small patio area at the beginning I think we were forgotten at first because they were short staffed and... busy. But after coming inside to let them know it was amazing service. The food was delicious my sister and I got a couple ofdishes to share though it was hard to pick many different items to choose from. We had the pleasure of having dinner with our favorite people in the working world. My guy Eric has a saying that has rubbed off... on us over time. " We trust you with our mouth" We did just that at Waldo Thai. And while I have been coming here for years Ihave never asked Executive chef James Chang to pick what he feels is best for drinks and food. Think drinks with fish sauce andmuscle pancakes. I have truly never experienced food like this man makes and that is coming from someone that is not normally afan of seafood. My goodness is this the only place anyone should ever eat Thai in metro. Take a minute to ask the staff whatthey think is best. Understanding the culture and background to the food is important and it will help you experience itevermore.
