This store is on its last leg. "understaffed", short for lazy. Closed dine in, no coffee at noon, staff dirty, drive through... dirty, food sub par cooked, missing half my order sitting for 10 minutes trying to just get a shake fixed. Let this place die,I've seen smaller population Wendy's provide better service. Read more

This place is a joke. The employees were more interested in messing around smacking each other, throwing items than helping a... customer. They were rude and using foul language. Had to be reminded someone was in lobby. The soda machine was empty. Theemployees had friends hanging in lobby. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER ASAP. We will not be back and will tellothers to go to the one on Antioch. Read more

We wanted to eat in but unfortunately they were so understaffed they had to close the dining room. We got drive-thru and the... server was cheerful but I could tell that she was one bad customer away from a full meltdown crying jag. She was trying so hard.She was awesome and I commend her and the others that were working on Friday afternoon. Read more

I?ve worked in food customer service for four years now. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences in my whole... life. The lady who took my order was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She was very snappy and short with me. I?m extremelydisappointed with the disrespect. On top of the terrible customer service I waited in line for 10 minutes on my only 30 minutelunch break just for them to tell me that they were cash ONLY. They didn?t have any signs up or I wouldn?t have wasted a thirdof my lunch break sitting in line waiting on their extremely slow service. Read more

They allow you to order within their app but won't let you to in to pick up or do curbside due to "staffing issues". No one told... us after waiting over 20 minutes in the curbside pickup for our food. When we called, a very rude "manager" told us that we'deither have to pickup via drive-thru which now had 8 cars waiting, or cancel the order. When we wanted to cancel, she then saidthat since we paid in the app we'd have to cancel it there but they put that we already picked the order up (we hadn't) we endedup having to wait until the following Monday to call customer service to finally get a refund started. I really wish these companies would pay their employees a much better wage so they would care to get the orders right. For the... most part, the employees are plenty nice. The wage shortage just really affects this location?s service. Slow line movements andincorrect orders are not uncommon here. When the correct order is received, the food is always as good as any other Wendy?s. Read more

The only reason I'm giving a 2 is they got my mom's order right. Attitudes of workers sucked. I requested a root beer and I'm... not sure what it was. Maybe some type of diet drink. Would not recommend more due to attitudes of employees over accuracy oforder. Read more
