This is the 3rd Wendy's we went to tonight to try to get a taco salad, chili and a frosty. First 2 were under staffed and had... not poor but no service. This one had 0 customers and no lettuce for my taco salad. I'm giving up. I make better chili andburgers at a fraction of the price. Lost my business forever. Read more

We went to this Wendy's after a flight from MCI. The first thing we did was go to the restroom and it was filthy. The sign and... the restroom says please let a team member know if the restroom needs attention. When I walked out to find a person to tell, theonly people available were teenagers who obviously didn't care that the bathroom needed work. When we went to place our order wenoticed that there were a bunch of teenagers in the work area who obviously were not employees and everybody was standing aroundchatting. There did not appear that a manager was available. When I went to the soda machine it was also filthy. Obviously ithad not been cleaned in several days at least. We took our food to go and then we discovered the hamburger I ordered had nothingon it. I didn't order it that way. They were also out of lettuce and jalapenos. How does a burger restaurant run out of lettuce?The dining room was also in shambles. Unclean tables, trash on the floor, and chairs and disarray. Read more

Stopped here after a flight. My husband and I took turns going in to use the restroom before we ordered. Each of us noticed an... employee in the bathroom at the same time as us, and NEITHER EMPLOYEE washed their hands before returning to work. Needless tosay, we ordered elsewhere. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staying nearby and went through drive-thru for a quick bite last night and this morning. ... Thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the food AND the service. Ordered the $5 biggie bag ....cold burger, no nuggets,lukewarm fries. Also order a regular burger.....not hot, next to no sauce on it. Had to wait over 5 minutes just to place ourorder. Heard employee in kitchen dropping the F bomb. Went back this morning, BIG mistake, ordered French toast sticks. Soggyas hell and barely warm. This after placing my order and waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I would've left without my foodif I could've gotten out of line. Glad I don't live here, never going again, even for free food. Bad experience, the person who was taking our order in the drive through made us repeat many times. Then after saying we wanted... nothing but cheese on the burger two times they gave us ketchup (why?). Fries were good. Read more

I and a co-worker were coming from the airport on 7/21/22 and wanted to stop for dinner. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.... No employees greeted me inside at the cash register. Didn't see any employees working in the back. I talked loudly to gainsomeones attention. An employee then took our order. When I went to find a place to sit, I saw water all over the dining area.None of the tables were clean. There was pieces of uneaten food, paper wrappers and such on the tables. If I would have seenthose tables and floor in such poor shape, I would never have ate there. Where were the employees keeping the place clean? What else isn't being kept clean and at the correct temperatures? Read more
