I wanted to try the new Italian cheese burger it was awful it was cold and tasted like it sat all day waiting for someone to... order it. The customer service is always horrible at this location. If you want to try it go early in the morning afterbreakfast maybe it'll be fresh ???????? the sauce on it was good the cheese looked like a piece of plastic and the fries werecold the best thing about the meal was the drink. Nothing on their door or app that says dining room is closed. Placed an order with their app and they made me go through a... 9-car long drive through to get my food and it was cold by then. Over 20 mins waiting just to get my order. The most annoyingthing was that the person inside wouldn?t even talk to me through the door and just pointed to the drive through. I won?t becoming back Extremely disappointed with this location! I would not have ordered something here if I knew the dining room wasclosed! Read more
Pretty good. I've been going around trying the various fast food french toast sticks, and I think that Wendy's gets my vote for... best. It's probably the closest to what I would imagine I'd make at home. They came out fresh and fast. Read more
I waited in the drive through for at least 8 mins and no one ever answered the speaker? I decide to pull to the front window and... a lady with no teeth is mouthing words through the window. She finally opens the window and says they?re not opening until11:30am because her staff just got there. I was there around 10:40am. If you?re closed, put up a sign or say it through thespeaker when the customer pulls up? Otherwise, you?re going to have some very frustrated customers? Read more
Staff was great in drive thru, but this is my first time eating breakfast at a Wendy's and I got an egg n cheese Cresont. First... of all, it's not even a real Cresont it doesn't taste or flake like one at all and the egg is so thin I was astonished, thecheese is almost thicker. Price is good but I won't get breakfast at Wendy's again, not the best option around. Read more
They got our food ready but didn't even let us know our order blah blah is ready. Just stood there and stared at us til we made... eye contact and said your food is ready. Like really? Then grabbed some to go bags for kiddos and an employee stood aroundlooking for the lady at the counter instead of putting it down and helping me for 2 freaking seconds. So unprofessional. Read more
Baconator fries was literally a piece of bacon broken in half with all unmelted shredded cheese and a few drops of the premelted... cheese. Fries themselves cold and stale. 2 cars in line (including me) at 8pm. Inexcusable and I will not be back. Additionally,the bag was literally tossed at me, with the top to the fries not secured. Went inside to order my friend some food and they thought I ordered a large frosty (not sure how they heard "large frosty" when... I said "large Dr. Pepper") and I didn't but they gave it to me. Even though the manager told the employee "you can't give awaymess ups". It was going in the trash anyways so why not give it to me. Had a great experience here. Read more
