Wendy's is good food, at a good affordable price. The staff at the drive-thru are very friendly, always have a smile,... considering the short staffing problem this location has. I placed a mobile order and I was charged for the order. When I arrived at the location, I waited 10 min in the drive through... until I got to the speaker. Then they asked me to to wait and I sat there for another 12 min by the time they were ready to takemy order. When I gave them my name for the mobile order they told me it was already picked up and there?s nothing they can dofor me - order was still pending in the app. So I asked them if I was able to cancel my order and get a refund and the employeetold me no since ?I already picked up my food?. I responded by telling them i obviously have not gotten my food and theysuggested I should call corporate, lie and complain about my meal to get a refund. Completely wasting 22 min on my 30 min lunchis one thing and I don?t ever complain about food but the lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding at this location.In my opinion they represented the company in the worst way possible and they may in fact have been short staffed and that is afailure of the company. I will not spend another dime with Wendy?s in the foreseeable future. Read more

We ordered our food and then the woman working there said something that we couldn't hear so we asked her to repeat it. She... angrily repeated what she said and her tone made me sad. Then we got our food and she didn't say anything to us. The wholeexperience made my self esteem super low. The food was pretty good though. Read more

Agree with the other comments?. This Wendy?s needs to be closed. It?s well staffed, but no one is working. I was prolly in... there 15 or so mins watching customers come and go with no orders being taken. You could hear the staff having a good time inthe back. The poor guy who was up front just kept saying ?I just started - I can?t help you? Corporate? Reading the feedback?Where is your district manager? Do you even care? Well it reminded me to eat local vs this junk?. Local businesses want mydollar and I shouldn?t be fighting to give it to a corporation. Gates, Texas Toms are nearby - go there! Read more

45 minutes until close. Chicken nuggets and fries is all they said they had left. I say, turn on the grills and serve your... customers...like most fast food stores do. Horrible service with a lazy crew. Flat out. Fire em...and hire some who believe thatthe customers are worth firing up the grill to bring paying hungry customers to your drive thru after work. I?d give them zero stars if I could. My order was completely wrong. Ordered 2 large fries and got breakfast potatoes. Ordered a... hamburger kids meal with a chocolate frosty and ended up with a bowl of lettuce with a very old and cold piece of meat alongwith lettuce, tomato onion?s and pickles when it should have been just ketchup. The frosty was strawberry instead of chocolate.Oh and the large Coke Zero was just a water. This I?d not the first time either. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt butnot anymore. If this is a corporate owned store, someone should definitely say something. Management needs to be fired alongwith the entire crew. Clean that place from top to bottom and start fresh!!!!! Slow lines, broken equipment. When I was there there was 1 person in front of me so not like they were busy. They checked my... food by opening it after it was wrapped because they didn't remember what it was (supposed to be a Dave's triple with a largefry and dr.pepper) the gal who took my oder after opening my food confirmed my order to me and then handed me the bag. I saw theburger seemed thin and asked again, but was told it was correct. After arriving home I find a medium fry, and a doublebaconator.... Not even the same burger. Too tired from work to drive back and now I'm left with something I won't even eatbecause I hate their bacon... Want a refund or my next meal free... Absolutely disappointed. First visit: Super slow drive thru service Second visit: I made order through the app for drive thru and was made to go inside... because the person at drive thru didn't know the difference between mobile order and delivery pickup. Inside the worker justhanded me my sandwich without a bag or napkins. Burger was a sloppy mess of mayo and ketchup. Was not given a receipt! Read more
