6 of us dined , following is our summary of our family outing 1. Two of us had Chicken Marsala - sauce was excellent, chicken... was over cooked but tasty. 2 one had sirloin steak , excellent 3. One had cheeseburger - excellent. 4. one had salmon, mediumcooked , diner thought it was closer to rare, waitress argued it was the way they cooked ?medium? but offered to have kitchencook more. BUT 5. one ordered ?Wednesday? fish fry, big disappointment. Pieces were triangular, less than 1/4 in in depth,more like frozen from grocery store. Diner was from out of state and had anticipated real fish fry. Note: Salads werebeautifully presented and crisp , onion soup outstanding. Server/ waitress was attentive came back four or five times to refilldrinks and water. Adult beverages were also good and pour was average. I would recommend as a place to use as special outing,beautiful setting, excellent views of Eagle Lake. Nice that it is not a ?chain?. Read more
Our waitress Diane was courteous and fast the Owner- Michael- snapped some group pics for me the food was delicious carrot cake... is fantastic and the ambiance is sublime-- worth the trip and money well spent!!!! Read more
Very cute place on Eagle Lake. The restaurant has huge windows with the lake view and outdoor dining on the lake! We had the... Fish Fry. Baked and lightly breaded. Both were very good. Our friends had salmon and a steak. Both equally very good! Staff wasvery friendly and attentive. We had a great time and will be back! Read more
The owner came over and greeted us at our table and made us feel welcome and the waitress did a good job. We got prime rib... sandwiches that were on special, but the price was no different than the regular menu price & it only came with French fries.The fries were delicious, and there was a mild horseradish sauce on the sandwich that was very good. My wife and I had a great dinner. We shared the crab cake appetizer , had the German potato salad soup and we both had the filet... mignon. The soup was also served with a large loaf of bread which was awesome! We both also had BlackBerry brandy old fashions.Everything had its own taste with just the right amount of seasoning. Both of our steaks were cooked perfectly. Mine was mediumand my wife's rare. I also ordered mushrooms and onions which was a large enough portion to be shared and was served in it's owndish. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view! Our server was also fantastic! He was friendly, attentive and made this a 5star experience. We found the prices to reasonable $135.00 with tip, and will be going back soon! Read more
Yes please, lovely little joint to pop into. We had the burger which was delish, the grilled cheese which was ok and my wife had... the pasta which she demolished. You can pull up in your little boat go for luch and keep on enjoyijg the lake. Read more
Very Nice supper club on a lake. The food was really good. Our table had the rack f ribs, prime rib,& walleye & salmon. All came... with fresh baked bread & soup or salad. Baked onion soup was delish & a German potato soup. We were all very satisfied & theyhad a special fresh black berry old fashioned. & a "carrot cake to die for" brought that home since we were too full to eatit..oh also out door dining on their nice patio facing the lake if you get there early enough.
