I'd love to rate it for real but every time we went there on our vacation, they were closed. Tuesday morning try to get... breakfast before our hike...the door said open at 5 am. 5:15.not open. Called. Said we open at 6. Okay.... So we we went nextday at 6:20 am before our morning hike. Place is full of cars. Barricade still up across driveway. Just amazing they can operatelike this. Lol. So we left and went to Safeway store just down road...for the second morning to get something to eat. I don'tthink we will even try tomorrow. Read more

My order was accurate, the staff were friendly, but unfortunately I saw a large cockroach on the inside of the drive-thru wall... behind the cashier. I dared not tell the people in my party, since they were hungry and this was one of the very few placesopen on a Sunday. I know it's a cockroach infested tropical island, but still... just try not to think about it as you eatyour food, I guess? Read more

We had a very odd experience here. My wife and I both arrived at the same time and we both ordered using the app. My app showed... that the only breakfast item available at 8:30am was a burrito. Her app showed the regular full menu of breakfast sandwiches.So. I had a burrito and she had a sandwich. They brought hers to the car. I had to go inside and inquire about my order. Ieventually got my food, but our experiences were very different even though we both used the app at the same time. Verystrange... Read more

Had a rough day already. Just wanted to get a soda and some fries. Guy already standing at counter only no cashier. Employees... wandering aimlessly. Give and try to order from the kiosk. Kiosk won't finish the transaction. Finally a cashier comes and helpsthe guy who has been 0atiently waiting this whole time. Cashier starts to walk away so I have to run up and grab him to make anorder. Hands me my cups so I go get a drink. Lids are a wreck at the soda dispenser so I get to touch them all to find one formine. Cashier calls out fries not my order number. Only me and this other guy so they must be mine. Take my order to the car anddrive away. Hit the freeway and dig into my fries. Guess what? Already cold. McDonald's please get it together! Read more

Depending on what time you go the service is hit or miss. They frequently screw up orders and either give incorrect items or... forget items all together. Some of the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable while others are anything but. Again, itmostly depends on the time of day and how busy they are. When the drive thru has a long line and inside is packed generally thequality of service and overall quality of the experience plummets. When it's busy is when you're most likely to get your itemwith errors or things missing. They also charge extra for the most ridiculous things that other McDonald's would normally notcharge extra for. For instance on one visit I got my boyfriend the 10 piece nuggets which is supposed to come with 2 saucepackets. They only provided one and when my boyfriend went back to get the one that was omitted they charged him for it. It wasonly 30 cents or something like that but it's the fact that it was supposed to be included for free and it was their fault itwas missing so I would think they would give it for free to make up for their mistake. Mistakes from this McDonald's are thenorm not the exception. I once made two separate trips in one day and on both trips they messed up the orders by forgetting onedrink and a burger on one and giving the wrong burger and messing up a custom order burger (which they charged for and we payedfor) on the other. That was in one day on two different shifts so that should give you an idea of the possibility of gettingsomething messed up on your order, it's pretty common. Not to say it's all bad though. The dining room is usually always veryclean. There is one auntie, bless her heart, who really does a great job keeping the place tidy and really takes pride in herwork and it shows. She is always welcoming and smiling and very friendly and helpful. And most of the staff are very nice andhelpful. When it gets a little packed I'm sure it's a little more stressful so that might have a Read more

Order was quick and accurate. A typical McDonald's. Dining hall was closed when I arrived at 7:30, but you could go inside to... order. Drive up line for ordering was extremely long. Much quicker to order inside. Restrooms open, but only from 8:00 a.m.till 6:00 p.m. Read more

This McDonalds holds up the franchise experience very well. The building is relatively new, and well maintained. The drive... through experience was very efficient and accurate. My wife decided to try a locally inspired menu item. She ordered the McTeriDeluxe. It is basically a quarter pounder with teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, tomatoes and slivered onions. It was a little messy, but she enjoyed it. This is especially surprising, because she is always pretty harsh when it comes to the quality of fast foodtomatoes. She was impressed with these tomatoes. I played it safe and got a Big Mac combo meal. It was pretty much as expected, which is what most people want when going to a familiar franchise restaurant. Read more
