I wanted to get some Taco Bell while on the island, so I stopped at this location. The first door I tried was locked so I went... to the next one, it was open. I went and had to order from the kiosk, not a huge deal, except there was an issue with theorder. I ended up leaving after I was told I had no order. Later I called to speak with the manager, she listened to me,showed compassion, and completely resolved my issue 100%. It's a good location, and I can report if there are any issues, youcan raise your concern and it will be addressed promptly. Thank you to the management for having Amazing Customer Service! Very good people. Gave about 100 hot sauce on order of 6items...don't know why. If was Texas we would had kept it but we... already had extra luggage to carry. Read more

very disrespectful! gave us the wrong food and flat soda. when we asked to get a new one the lady rolled her eyes. not freshly... made very stale and soggy. Read more

We keep coming back and get more disappointed each time. Tonight, we went through the drive-thru. The person responsible for... drinks only filled ours a little under 75% of the way full. The seasoned beef crunchwrap we ordered fell apart the second we gotit and they might as well have called it the lettuce crunchwrap because there wasn't any beef on it! Other problems with thefood quality included our nacho fries being cold right out of the window, my taco shell being soggy and stale, our other itemsbeing lazily thrown together, and more. The cashier also gave us the wrong receipt. Overall, this taco bell location hasglaring issues with their food quality. This location is also chronically understaffed, only having 1 or 2 people manning therestaurant at a time. I DO NOT recommend this Taco Bell! Go anywhere else if you respect yourself. I will update this review ifit is better the next time I go. Read more

This Taco Bell location is terrible. The drive thru is frequently closed and the doors are locked, but the open sign is lit. You... have to wait for someone to open the doors. There's no dine in available. I stood and waited at the counter to place my orderfor about 10 minutes. I was the only customer, and the staff walked past me multiple times. I finally spoke up and asked toplace my order. One girl came from the back, and rudely told me to just use the kiosk. I ordered a beef chalupa which had nachofries in the bottom to hide the lack of beef filling. I asked for a few packets of hot sauce, she brought me 1 packet and againvery rude. Unfortunately, there are a few companies on the island that are rather randomly still acting as if covid-19 is further impacting... their staffing goals and other standards of quality. (Even though we are already through the first quarter of 2022.) ...Iteventually gets to the point that you realize, what is really impacting their operations returning to "normal", is that ofproblematic management or poor ownership decisions. ...This unfortunately appears to be the case for this particular franchiselocation. Not only will the entire restaurant often be maned by only one or two individuals at a time; with the entire interiorstill restricted from public Access; & each subsequent drive-thru order, sometimes being made by the same person who manned thedrive-thru window and the register. ...It then randomly closes down prior to dinner. With each of these oddities making it seemthat the entire franchise is on its last leg; despite most activities (& tourism) returning to normal all across the island(s). Read more

This Taco Bell has horrible customer service and terrible service skills. They are supposed to be open at 11AM, so I walked... over and waited at the front door. After 11AM I knocked on the door - no answer. Turns out that even though the sign saydining room open, come in, only the drive thru is open. I hadn?t friend come pick me up and go through the drive thru. Iunderstand being short staffed and only the drive they is open, but put up a sign! The food was messily prepared in a bag thatfell apart when they handed it to us. If I was the owner of this restaurant, I?d be angry. The staff is clueless, they don?teven turn on the open sign and they are clueless!!! There is no reason for this unacceptable service! Read more

Ordered a stuffed XXL burrito with steak. Unfortunetly they have me a bean and cheese burrito. I went to the desk and nobody... carred about me.
