Could not get my order right after ordering it 3 times
Only ordered drinks online. They are 1/2 price all day through the app
Expect a LONG wait if you place a order for 4 people. No sauce was given for the pretzel twist I ordered, no mustard for the 2... corns dogs, no ketchup for tots, one straw for two drinks and no napkins. Read more
Sonic in Kaplan seems to have good days and bad days. While the service has improved lately, I have not been totally satisfied... in the past. Good news is that there seems to be more familiar faces indicating employee retention. I do feel that my badexperiences were due to understaffing and inexperienced workers. Sometimes the orders are not correct but the food is fresh andit?s clear that the staff is trying their best. Despite a few bad trips, our family still eats here when we are hungry for it. Read more
Every time I go to this location and make an order when I get my food there is always something Missing. and ending up having to... drive back just so that can fix there mess up. I recommend taking a longer drive and go to the Abbeville location way betterthan this one. I'm not the type to complain but when its every time there is a problem I will not be returning Read more

Ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes. Got 3 - 1/2 cup servings. When I asked about serving size was informed the NEW owner had cut the... serving size down to 4 ounces (approx 1/2cup). Not a good deal for only change back off 10 dollars. Uninstalled the sonic appalready. Read more
