I am basically floored at the level of bad customer service that Domino's has displayed. I am one of those people that were... affected by your glitch in your system on Nov 9, 2022 which double charged my debit card for an online order. From store levelyour managers think that this is not their concern; absolutely have no resolution; have no indication as to when you will becredited and just don't care. Then I was given a phone number of the General Mgr, which I left a voice mail, and she never hadthe decency to even return my phone call. From there I have tried to contact Domino's Corporate Office. Forget about talking toa live person. I initially emailed Domino's Corporate Customer Care email and never received a response. I then used your text"Bot" system. Received one reply on Nov. 14th that I should be receiving a credit within 3 to 5 business days. I tried again onSaturday, Nov 19th to use your "Bot" system again to get some kind of status on my credit. Yet again, no resolution, justreceived an automated default email that stated "we received your inquiry and this is your case #". Then I tried replying to thegentlemen on Nov. 21st, who initially emailed me on Nov 14th, telling him I did not receive my credit. No reply. Then I left amessage on Domino's website that I still have not received my credit on Nov 21st, no reply. All I want is my money back. Nothingmore, nothing less. To have to go to such lengths to receive a credit for an error that occurred in your system almost 2 weeksago is truly unacceptable. Are you kidding me?? I will never order a Domino's product via online, instore, etc. How can youpossibly run a nationwide business with such lack of customer service and satisfaction? It is astounding! Should I give you anexample of good customer service. Weeks ago, I went thru the drive thru at Panda Express, on Farrington Hwy in Kapolei. Theyforgot to give me a Chicken roll. I called them. Worst service ever. Ordered pizza and an hour later I called them just to know that delivery person couldn?t get into building.... We live in townhouse, there?s no other entrance. Nobody rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. And that dull voice ofreceptionist with no apologies or anything. He just hang up while I was talking to him. Read more

Store is very lousy with the pizza making; the pizza is often patchy and dry even when its fresh out the oven. I've eaten here... multiple times with the bad experiences being far greater than the good ones. The workers are never being professional, on oneoccasion I heard a slur yelled in the back this wouldn't be much of a problem if the store didn't have an open kitchen. When Icome to pick up my pizza the cashier is usually distracted or doesn't give one multiple times I have been told to wait for mypizza when its clearly sitting in the waiting pantry. Read more

Never had a problem with my order they have it ready for me when I arrive.. I use the tracker on my iPhone app of Domino's pizza... and it all checks out.. Good thing for technology Read more

I'm in heaven as usual!!! Pizza is always HOT AND FRESH AND TO PERFECTION!!! Delivery within 20mins or less from my order time.... Delivery girl is always friendly and kind. If I didn't need to watch my figure ???? I'd have a pan pizza 3 or 4times aweek???????? Read more
