Order food from jack in the box drive through ask if all my foods was there that i ordered they said yes but when i went home... they forgot one of my order i was very disappointed. Tried calling but no one picks up the phone. Read more

Just went, the person taking orders was also the person at the window. She did not speak clearly whatsoever, and I didn't know... if she's speaking to me or the person in front of her. Ordered my food only to drive up with my CC and find out CASH ONLY. Worstservice I've ever experienced. Zero stars if I could. Read more
Visited Jack in the Box Kapolei while waiting for the dog groomer to finished grooming the dogs. I used the drive through which... went very smooth with staff being friendly courteous and efficient. The exit out of Jack in the Box leads to a stop light thatmakes for easy left hand turns. Not much else to say about a fast food drive through when all I ordered was a Macadamia milkshake but then it was a good milk shake which is one item I enjoy from Jack in the Box. Read more

Very very disappointing when we went to the Kapolei location tonite. I went to get the drinks & found that there was no ice in... the machine. Went to the front counter to ask for ice since I wasn't able to get it myself. When I went to fill my soda, Inoticed the taste was flat & tasted funny. I then tried 2 different flavors & it was really bad. One of the customers that waswaiting for their order mentioned it also. I told the mgr, Jonathan & he said the soda didn't taste funny at all. Next, we sawour order was made & we weren't even called. My husband had to ask for it. The curly fries was soaked in so much oil because youreally could taste it lingering in your mouth. The triple Jumbo Jack (special right now) also didn't taste right. Couldn'tfigure out what it was. Auwe! We had to actually throw it all away. I wonder what Jack would say if he knew about the food beingserved in this manner. ???? Read more
