Had the chicken katsu and pork combo. Pork was missing. Mac salad had toooo much mayo! The lady at the register was rude

Note to self... don't get the beef curry bowl again. Tough meat. Spicy curry sauce, but no real flavor. Better luck next time.

The healthier choice barbeque chicken plate tasted good. The only thing I think could've been better is the fact that, for a... regular sized plate (about $10), they only gave one piece of chicken, when most other locations give two for a MINI. For first time people coming here to order plate or plates and no bags available to carry them a sign in small print saying $.15... per bag for sale located at the pickup window, what's to say when there's no place to sit to eat if you like or don't it's thesame as in Waikiki Read more

In town from San Antonio, TX and a friend brought me to L & L for some Hawaiian bbq. This was my first time having this and the... mini Kalua pork and cabbage was good, of course the portions were huge, I could only imagine how much food the regular platehas. I really enjoyed the pasta salad and I?m not a big cabbage fan but was tasty with the pork. Only drawback was eatingoutside in the mall area and having to fight off the hungry birds. Read more

I have been to A LOT of L&L because it is my favorite place to eat at when I go home to California and it my mom in Hawaii but... this one was the best. The meat was SO good, tender and not fatty, very very good. A lot of them the meat is not good so makesure you go to an L&L that has steak because you get better meat than if the menu just says Teriyaki Beef. I promise you, sooomuch better. I was sad that this was the last L&L I went to during my visit because it was the best one I ate at?even betterthan the one on Kauai we went to. Read more

I took my daughter there for a plate lunch because I enjoyed the L & L BBQs I've eaten at. This one was very different. The... Asian woman who was at the counter gave the worst customer service at any L & L I've eaten at (and I've been to a LOT of L & Lsacross the island! ). On top of that, the food wasn't up to L & L standards. I told my daughter that the woman must be theowner, because I can't imagine anyone hiring her. Read more

I wish I can give zero star. Worst customer service ever by a lady who served today April 11th, 2018 around 12:10 pm . Food was... good but the lady who took my order was horrible , terrible , and the worst customer service . Wish I knew her name , she kepttalking to people who was working in kitchen , talking so loud and often saying in bad words . She didn't even notice whencustomer were ready to make order . Didn't give plastic forks and plastic spoons , and when we asked she gave mean face . Didn'tsay thank you .
