Ordered and paid through app, staff tried to overcharge me an extra meal. Luckily I caught the error and after several attempts... to explain the issue got a refund. Check your receipts if you use the app. Better and cheaper to drive to the one by Don Quijotein Waipahu. Read more
UPDATE: McDonald's fixed the issue in less than a week; app deal is back on! I usually take advantage of mobile app daily deal... for 99-cent large sugar-free vanilla iced coffee BUT it's no longer available as of 1/16/2022 when the deal expiration date wasset for 12/31/2022. I contacted McD customer service to find out why it disappeared from the daily deal selections & am waitingfor a response. Read more
Used my mobile app. Continues to be a bit of a disappointment. Not sure if it's just my neighborhood. But seems everything... lately something is not available. But yet they don't make changes in the menu. The ice cream machine gets clean everyWednesday. So no ice cream, shakes etc.. Why not put it on the app. Allow restaurant to have the option to let they customersknow important information. It's was the worst experience in drive through. At 4:42 on Wednesday February 8th i placed a order. I happily seen order 760 appear on the screen In Progress. Two minutes later... it disappeared. People where picking up orders placed after us. At this moment and time I knew my fries where cold andsuffering... somewhere. I wasn't sure if I needed to put out an amber alert on my order. Twenty five minutes later my foodappeared. Kalani was rude as heck. Today I made 2 orders he was offensive towards me and just plain rude. Got both of my orders wrong too.
