Update 6/23/22: Had a pre-birthday sushi from this place. See the newer picture below. Definitely I recommend this place when... you visit Oahu! Update 6/11/22: Everytime I visited Oahu/Kapolei, I always visited this Ninja Sushi. They're always very ono,and the service is always quick, and the staffs are always friendly. The sushi is always fresh - the spiciness is perfect. Idefinitely come back for more - I highly recommend this location. Mahalo guys!! Original post: Always have great sushi. Wish I could rate this place 0 stars simply due to their customer service! I placed an order to go and waited 45 minutes on my... order! People coming after me ordering after me were done eating their food before I left! approached the cashier Emma twiceabout where my order was and sure was told that it was NOT her problem!!! It sure is not your problem waiting on food but beingunprofessional and rude is! The lack of customer service was very disappointing as well as the lack of empathy, will notrecommend this location! Delicious, consistent quality food, friendly staff, easy to get to, parking is good. Would like more ginger though, lol!!
