All the staff here are friendly, I didn't see one rude waitress. The food was delicious. Only thing I would change (since we sat... outside) are the level of the fans outside. Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 During weekend dinnertime Light in times of darkness. Going through a rough time, I wanted something... comforting and peaceful. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with minestrone soup. The food arrived relatively quickly, and thewaiter was friendly. The breadsticks were exceptionally fresh. The minestrone hot as well. Every vegetable was fresh and workedwell together. The beans stood out to me. And then the chicken parm. In the past, I've had bad experiences with this dish, withunbreaded chicken and flavors that didn't match. But this time was different. The chicken crisp and juicy, the pasta good aswell. Our timing for an early dinner worked out great!! There was no wait and our waitress Tasia was the best! First time visiting this location and have Olive Garden in a few years. The overall mood of the staff was very pleasant. My... hostess was nice and found us a table quickly. My server was very nice and attentive. My food came out in a timely manner andwas very hot! ???????? Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back again. Wanted to try this location even though it was out of the way. Greeted right away and seated right away as well but that's... about it. Alot of workers walking by your table as you have no water and no one even acknowledge that you're there. Finally wasable to order and food comes out at a reasonable time. Would have been nice to be offered salt and pepper, chili flakes to thatsort. Was offered another salad and soup but soup never made it. Server forgot and offered dessert. Sorry but this place feelslike it's run by someone who never managed a restaurant before. Jack stands just left in the middle of the dining room for noreason. It was our first time at an Olive Garden in Hawaii. We had gift cards to use so we went the day after the grand opening. It was... busy (we called ahead to see how busy it was; we were told not to busy) 4pm. We were told 20 minute wait. We didn't mind wherewe sat since we were hungry. We started to venture off since it looked pretty busy but they text us almost within 5 minutes ofsigning up. We didn't get ask for our Vaccine card? They look like they were asking for it. But at the door it was handledpoorly too much traffic and no one handling the crowd and it got crowded very fast. I expected they would be better prepared. The Kamakana Alii Mall is a very busy place.. with some of the best restaurants. The experience we had was great. We were seatedat the bar: it was stylish and modern. The food we choose to order was off the appetizers menu. We got stuff fast. 1/2lb. ofshrimp and Calamari with 2 drinks and their house breadsticks which we had to ask for just as we were finishing off our meal. Wehad a great server Jana and our bartender Abe. They're was a lot going on even at the bar. Met some of the staff. We had agenuinely good time with members of the staff who shared some great vibes.
