Very disappointed. Ordered a pizza hours ago. No pizza, no communication other than initial email saying the order is confirmed.... I'm so hungry right now. The tracking app is rubbish. Stop skimping out on the steak! It's a philly cheese steak pizza, not a cheese and bell pepper pizza. Sorry picture is missing... some pieces as the kids were hungry, but compare this to any papa john philly cheese steak picture and you will see, I have beenrobbed, spent $73.92 and to think, I gave a nice tip???? I had a pretty frustrating trip here. I ordered a large works and a medium 2-topping over the phone and it ended up being $60!... When I picked it up, there was a sign with specials that said 2 large specialty pizzas for $32. I was beyond frustrated thatwhoever took the order did not tell me about the special. When I brought it to the Manager's attention, they did not fix theprice. The pizza was fine, but not worth the money. Would not recommend. Read more
I ordered philly cheesesteak pizza today and paid extra cheese for it but they put bare minimum cheese on it. Dont ever pay for... extra stuff in this store. This location trying to save money on toppings. Costco makes better pizza. Read more
Ordering online is good, saves a lot of time and hassle having to hear specials over the phone. Decided to pick up because it's... a lot faster than waiting for delivery, and the driver getting lost???? because our location is not located on the map. Anywayswe ordered the New York style pizza, and I thought the toppings are supposed to hit the edges, but it just looked like a normalxl pizza.. which was a bummer, but course not a deal breaker. That is the only reason for the less star. Order wings, a smallhawaiian pizza, and a papadeia. Which were all good. Read more
We ordered from this location and never received the order. We waited over two hours before Door Dash (who they use to deliver)... contacted us and asked if we picked up the delivery. We were confused because we did not pick it up. We attempted to contact thePapa Johns which apparently had turned off their phones. Neither Door Dash or we could contact the store for a refund. Valentine?s Day dinner is stressful no matter where you are. Papa John?s went above and beyond to repair a mistake made by a... competitor.
