Starbucks is rarely slow. By that I mean it's typically busy. I give people in the service industry leeway because if I were in... their shoes I would not appreciate nor would I work any more efficiently or faster if I were to deal with a impatient or rudecustomer. The great news is that the wait times are very reasonable and they have never gotten my order wrong. Read more
