Bit slow on the uptake today. I think if you are going to put a trainee on, they should have a badge so we can cut them some... slack. It took me too long to work that out today. The prices on the board are almost impossible to read. Read more

I used to love this spot... But using the mobile app and payment system here(only here) I always walk away from there not too... thrilled with my service.. Sometimes there is just sooo many workers behind them counter that they all seem confused most ofthe time.. Read more

The food was okay, and that is where the pleasantries end. The line was ridiculously long and there were only two older ladies... who seemed to not have the ability to move with a sense of urgency. Lastly, I guess they don?t have a standing policy of puttingyour items that were purchased in a bag. They just handed me my food with no bag. Read more

Friend and I came in to grab a couple subs. DJ was at the register helping a customer. Once he was done he slowly walked over... to help us. Seemed utterly annoyed to be making the sandwiches. Looked high. Not friendly at all. Had to repeat order severaltimes, for a simple turkey sandwich. The other guy working finally came out of the back later heard his name is Daniel. Danielseemed helpful and was very friendly. Store was very dirty, food on the floor in dining room area. Read more

Out of the four separate occasions dining at this restaurant, the customer service has been increasingly poor. Each time I enter... the restaurant the employee establishes a tone that my food order is a major inconvenience to their day. The food is good butcustomer service is more important in my opinion. Today it took 17 minutes to make my sandwich. This is with me being 1st in line. Somehow 2 parties behind me were able to get... their orders before me. The employee making my sandwich tries to pin some blame on me for it taking so long because I didn'twant it toasted (SMH). Normally I wouldn't comment on a bad experience but it is consistently the same worker who not onlytakes long to make your sandwich but makes you feel unwelcome by trying to rush you, bossing around other workers and mumblesnegatively just loud enough so you can hear her. Service was very efficient, workers greeted everyone that came in and during a busy rush were still friendly while also... controlling the maximum limit allowed in the store. Also, all our sandwiches were made perfectly & tasted great! Read more
