Have been here a couple times with my wife and it's a good time. We both enjoy their wines, we're partial to the reds. The... in-laws are wine club members but can't come pickup their wine each time so my wife and I get to come enjoy theactivities. This recent time they had a charcuterie spread and pumpkin carving for the wine club members as well as a freeglass of wine. The grounds and patio are also great for the general public to come visit and enjoy a pizza and wine. Serviceis always friendly, wine is good, and the property is beautiful. They also host weddings and it's fun to see that happeningfrom a distance. Read more

We’ve been there around 5 years ago for a Christmas Party in the Basement Area of the Main Building. The pictures I took are... from a Wedding that we were at at another building beside the Main Winery Building - very beautiful and elegant, and the Servicewas real good too. Read more

We were blessed to gather a group of 17 people in September to celebrate our mother’s 81st birthday. The staff were welcoming... and very accommodating in assisting with our large group reservation. Friendly, professional staff. Beautiful setting indoors and out. Numerous quality wine choices, with new products being... introduced annually. They serve cocktails also. Try the new Sunoma... a very tasty grapefruit/gin/lime cocktail. We ordered acheese board and one of their amazing artisan pizzas. Both were wonderful. Worth the trip. We will be back. Read more

We LOVE Chankaska for so many reasons!! 1. We got married there back in October and Cynthia Strauser (The Events Manager) was... absolutely wonderful to work with. We didn't live in the area, but she made planning our reception so easy! Plus, she alwaysmade the effort to be there whenever we stopped by and wanted to see the events center for planning purposes. She has the mostwonderful energy and is a dream to work with. She is kind, efficient, driven, pays close attention to all our details, and madeour day magical! 2. All of our guests absolutely loved this event space, the outdoor fire pit, the beautiful landscaping andthey absolutely loved the wine. So many of our guests were from out of town and had never been there so it was really special toshare this place that Kurt & I find so incredible with our loved ones. 3. During the planning process, Cynthia was the bestsupport in answering all of our questions and going over all our details to get it just right. She even gave me the biggest hugafter a meeting we had because I was a stressed out/crying bride to be that day from all the wedding appointments I had inMankato a few weeks before the wedding. 4. On our wedding day, Kurt & I took a moment away on the back patio for a glass ofbubbly by ourselves to take in the moment. Not only did Cynthia have everything all set up for us, but one of the bartendersnamed Montana left the sweetest note by our glasses for when we sat down and it brought us both to tears. We saved that notewith our vows. It was so special what she shared! 5. We love that we are also wine circle members here and it's so much fun tostop in and pick up our bottles when they are ready each quarter and have a glass of wine. One time early this year when westopped in, we forgot to make reservations and Kelsey was so accommodating in helping us still get a seat inside even thoughthey were packed since we had shared that we would be getting married there in a couple of months. We’ve been here before however the food has never been this good. We even met one of the chefs named Pete who was super cool... and made it a point to connect with us while ordering.
