A little slower than I expected, but we'll worth the wait. Excellent burger and the service was good.
Food is what you would expect from a fast food place ...if they even give you your food. Often the order is incorrect Wrong... size hash browns Long wait time. If I pay for a large I want a large. Called to let them know that they messed up my orderagain and they won't pick up the phone. Read more
FRIES tastes like rancid grease, fish sandwich the same, whopper was also disgusting, he couldn't eat but 2 bites. To top it all... off the coffee was too bitter to drink. We've stopped here a few times over the last year, to see if it improved - - IT HASN'Tthis is the last time. $21 and threw the food in the garbage. Read more
This is by far the best restaurant I have been to- flame broiled is the way to go!!! The crispness on the fries- I don?t know... how they get it soooo perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant is is to die for- it?s like stepping back to a kinder and moresimple time in life. The way the light reflects off the TV menu and hits the wall is such a calming effect. They take theirmoto of ?have it your way? to a whole new level when they allow you to use their state of the art soda fountain to fill your owndrink. Not a fan of ice? No problem- you are the captain of your ice to soda ratio!! We were so pleased we were not rushedthrough our meal. We had plenty of time to look at the menu and make the crucial decision before anyone was bothering us, andasking us if we were ready. It was so nice to browse in peace. After we placed our order, we had a good 10 minutes before wegot our cups to fill our drinks, which was just the right amount time to make a decision on what we?d actually pour!! We thenhad plenty of time to sit and enjoy the ambience while we waited for our food. We also enjoyed the surprise of not gettingexactly what we ordered. We really appreciated the chef taking the time to tailor a custom meal. The end of the meal wassatisfying too- to just push your garage on the floor into the composting pile and go home. I tried one BK Taco I definitely do not recommend it you don't get much of anything for your $1+tax. I decided on a Whopper meal... for $5 and got charged $.10 for not having fries. (Onion rings instead) This Burger King just isn't what it could or should be. Read more
To say this is fast food is incorrect. The line or drive thru takes forever to get your food/order. I haven't had a problem with... incorrect orders, but when I do go I wait a long time even if I go inside. I don't know if its lack of employees or knowledge orsomething else, but the only reason I continue to go here is Kasson is a small town or I cant back out of the drive thru becauseonce there is a car behind you there is no getting out of it. Nothing like catching a buzz from the whole shift deciding to light up a joint outside the door, with the door open and smoke... drifting through the store. Should have left when it took ten minutes to place the order because the employee was so high. Read more
