I?ve never have had any issues with this subway. One of the staff who has medium curly red hair apparently made a comment to... her coworker that was funny which was very unprofessional and the cashier was in too much of a hurry to get our order done, myson wasn?t able to add anything extra to his sub. Tried the new menu. Very disappointed with little meat (1/2 a scoop at best, limited vegetables for I could not add any that... were not "on the list" for that sandwich, and the thinnest of smears of avocado. I left feeling dissatisfied knowing that Ispent all that money on so little food. Next time I will stick to the old menu so I can have more vegetables! Read more
A couple of the workers seemed mad that they had customers. Treating the customer like they were an inconvenience. Slow service... and poorly crafted sandwiches. Not impressed and not going to be back. Read more
Had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I worked at subway for 8 years and have a hard time... going to subway because I cant jump behind the bane and make my own sandwich. Most of the time my sandwich falls apart beforeit's even taken off the wrapper. Tonight the food was put together excellently and we will definitely be stopping back ? thankyou for the service. The customer service is good from most of the employees but the manager is rude and unfriendly. The service is usually slow and... we were getting helped and then an employee budged in the line and was helped before our salads were finished. Tried goingthere 2 more times sense my first review. Both times they didn't add the deluxe meat or the extra cheese when it was ordered.Recommend going in if you go to this kasson location. Need to watch them make the sandwiches. Read more
Food was good, but the guys working seemed like they wanted to go home early so they took down the iced tea at least 2 hours... before closing. Very disappointing for someone trying not to drink soda. Worker said they stop carrying it after 7pm. I guess iwill not come back after 7pm any more. Read more
