If they forget to put a sub in your bag in the drive through and your return to retrieve the missing... sub, and you have the receipt but don?t have the bag in the car with you, they will call you a liar because you don?t have proofof their mistake. What can be said? They STILL do not open the lobby even when every other firehouse in the area has, making it very aggravating... to do an online order because instead of just walking in and grabbing your order you now have to wait 10-15 minutes in line inthe drive thru completely defeating the purpose of an order ahead system. The staff constantly make order mistakes, when there'seven enough staff for them to keep the store open like they should. Between this store and the one on Russell the districtmanager should be embarrassed. Read more
