Don?t ever, ever go here! If they forget to put a sub in your bag in the drive through and your return to retrieve the missing... sub, and you have the receipt but don?t have the bag in the car with you, they will call you a liar because you don?t have proofof their mistake. They will turn all your future business away over. $6.99 sub and the manager will use four letter words tohighlight that point. Read more
I got the takeout Cajun chicken and it really was bland. No flavor. They did not put any jalapenos and not much Cajun seasoning... if at all. The bread was not toasted even a little. I was disappointed. My wife's sub was ok, she said. I am a regular customer. Read more
What can be said? They STILL do not open the lobby even when every other firehouse in the area has, making it very aggravating... to do an online order because instead of just walking in and grabbing your order you now have to wait 10-15 minutes in line inthe drive thru completely defeating the purpose of an order ahead system. The staff constantly make order mistakes, when there'seven enough staff for them to keep the store open like they should. Between this store and the one on Russell the districtmanager should be embarrassed. Read more

The sandwiches were delicious, as always. The staff was really friendly and our large order was entirely correct. The only issue... I had was that the food was not ready for pick-up at the time it was scheduled for. As I was waiting, it was clear thatdrive-thru takes precedence over customers inside the store, even with an online order ahead of time. Read more
Although the subs taste great, when you ask AND PAY for double meat, that's what you should get. Not the same sub you could have... paid for, had you not asked for double meat. I guess it depends on who's making your sub. I've paid for and gotten double meatlike I've asked for in the past. But the last few times I've been, they just stopped caring. BY FAR the best Firehouse I?ve been to (and in the USA)! Gregg was the most helpful cashier I?ve ever encountered at any place... I?ve ever been to! He suggested me some options on my first visit and oh my god they were the best subs ever. This literallyblows the competition (or lack thereof) away! I had a mobile order for 5:20 pm. Walked in and staff was laughing and playing behind the counter and Of course my mobile order... wasn?t ready ????. I have to wait an extra 10 mins for it to be made. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order. Read more
