Where should I begin? My friend found that his burger was cooked medium rare! He didn't complain cause we don't have time to... wait for another burger to be cooked and possibly spit on for complaining? The French fries are so skinny you have to use yourbun to scoop up the ketchup. The burger is greasy and leaves a greasy film on your hands. Dr. Pepper was okay. I personallydon't like Pepsi products, but if you like them... That's what they have for colas. The #5 jalapeno pepper jack steak burgerwasn't spicy enough. My nose did not run. So, this meal was a huge disappointment! The burgers might be doubles, but it'slike they might as well be singles cause the meat was so thin that it takes two of them to make one of the competitors burgermeat. Go elsewhere if you want more food for your money. This is an expensive fast food restaurant by then cutting the friesto skinny and burger meat is skinny... Yeah. Expensive. It's a fast food restaurant with a microphone system. They areconstantly calling out orders on that microphone and will clearly ruin your meal enjoyment. I highly recommend not staying toeat inside. It's difficult to find a good quality burger at... a fast food restaurant these days and one that actually tastes like quality beef. Went through drive thru and the guy was rude - definitely lacked any customer service. Food would be better if it was made... right. One burger didn?t have cheese and other one had mayo or something on the bottom outside of the bun which was disgusting.Restaurant closes at 10pm and went there around 9pm and they stopped serving their ice cream already. Machines weren?t broke,they just decided to end it early which makes no sense since they don?t close for another hour. Read more

Walked in, ordered right away. Food was made fast, fresh and hot. Burgers were a little salty, but everything was delicious... overall. Cheese curds were ???????????????? marinara being served with them was new to me. Shoestring fries do get cold prettyquickly but they were crisp and yummy. Customization must be common because they kept asking if everything that came on theburgers was okay ???? Tried both fry sauces, jalapeño was better. Dining room was clean, service was friendly. Drive thru isalways busy, now we know why ???? 2 burgers, fries, curds, onion rings, and a large drink came to $22. Way better than otherfast food burger places ???????? Great burgers, great desserts, good drink options, lame fries, mediocre staff friendliness; that?s the summary I have for... someone looking to come here. Having lived in California, reminds me of an In-N-Out Burger but better burgers and worse fries.We weren?t greeted when we got to the counter and perhaps they were irritated because we took a little while to order but evenwhen we picked up our order they were rude.
