This place is the worst! I really wish I could give a ZERO!! I went here for the very first time last Wednesday and the guy... Brandon was extremely confused and had to have help with merely entering a personal pan pizza with veggies only. He wasextremely incompetent and confused! He told me that the pizza would have ingredients that it actually did not have and I askedfor the pizza NOT TO BE CUT! Lo and behold, it was cut!! He said it would be an hour wait for a personal pan pizza because thetop oven was broken and after the mess up of my food and waiting for an hour, I was not going to wait any longer! I called tocomplain to the manager in training (Patricia), and she tried to resolve the issue by giving me a voucher on my account, whichwas very nice of her. I went back 2 days later during the evening to give them another try and the entire staff is in deeptraining need! The girl with braids that took my order had an attitude from the beginning! The pizza was wrong yet again andafter waiting an hour, I had to wait 15 more minutes with no apology for my pizza being wrong and missing ingredients and wastreated as if the error was my fault. I asked her when Veronica (the manager), would be back and she only responded smartly with"she's out sick". I understand these kids need jobs, however, they need to be educated on how to employ customer service becauseall I got was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a pizza online using the Pizza Hut app. The order was a carryout order which I was picking up at the pickup window. I... was sent a confirmation that my pizza would be ready for pickup at 7:15 pm. I go to the window at 7:20 pm and was told it wouldbe another 45 minutes before my pizza would be ready. I left and ended up having to come back almost an hour later. The pizzawas ok, but the long wait was not good. I understand a number of places are short staffed, but a more realistic time could havebeen given to me when I placed the order. It was really inconvenient for me to go back to pick up the pizza. This location has done a complete 180 in the past year! It is now my favorite Pizza Hut location. The staff is welcoming and... diligent. My last half dozen trips here have left me walking out with a beautiful pizza! Whoever is managing this place nowhas done a great job! If you have a hankering for a pizza pie, you'll be very happy at this Pizza Hut!! Read more
