Noticed as I was walking inside. The female sales rep approached me. I told her I'll know what I'm looking for when I see it.... Sat on one sectional it was as though the elevator was slowly going down. Definitely, no. The second one she showed me and begandescribing the materials used to frame this group set was stainless steel. Eureka, end of conversation let's go pay and set updelivery. Mission accomplish! I have now experienced 2 incorrect deliveries. I am being told by the warehouse that the color I want is discontinued, yet they... continue to bring the incorrect color to match what they say is in stock! I am not pleased with this service. My deliveries havenow been stretched out for 2 weeks for a modular sofa! This is HORRIBLE! I want the chocolate brown, which they say isdiscontinued! As you can see on the picture theses are two different colors. They aren?t accommodating at all! I wasn?t evenable to be moved to a priority delivery day and time even though they?ve messed up twice!
