Noticed as I was walking inside. The female sales rep approached me. I told her I'll know what I'm looking for when I see it.... Sat on one sectional it was as though the elevator was slowly going down. Definitely, no. The second one she showed me and begandescribing the materials used to frame this group set was stainless steel. Eureka, end of conversation let's go pay and set updelivery. Mission accomplish! Update again! We have now bought these ADORABLE bar stools and the Pueblo table and chair set! All AMF?s furniture is GREAT... quality and the salespeople are so friendly! Update: furniture delivered today. It was pouring rain, the guys did GREAT andmoved quickly to try to not get our furniture too wet. We did not have to lift a finger! A GREAT place! Beverly, our sales ladywas so very helpful and polite! They don?t haggle prices, so no sales pressure. She answered all our questions. SO impressedwith this place! Our experience shopping at American Furniture Warehouse was unlike any other. Tariq was so helpful yet gave us our space! I... can't stand salesman who are like hawks, I usually walk out without looking but Tariq was different. I never felt like I wasbeing "sold" we LOVE our Mammoth couch! It is VERY large and awesome! *Warning....a lot of family time and relaxing will happenif you buy this couch! The only thing I wish, is that we had bought it sooner. Love it! Read more
It was time for a new sofa, we found one we liked at another store, but it was $1,000 less at AFW, plus lower cost for delivery.... Financing was easy to apply for and the sales people were friendly rather than aggressive. Delivery people came right on time,set it up right, and were in and out quickly. I have now experienced 2 incorrect deliveries. I am being told by the warehouse that the color I want is discontinued, yet they... continue to bring the incorrect color to match what they say is in stock! I am not pleased with this service. My deliveries havenow been stretched out for 2 weeks for a modular sofa! This is HORRIBLE! I want the chocolate brown, which they say isdiscontinued! As you can see on the picture theses are two different colors. They aren?t accommodating at all! I wasn?t evenable to be moved to a priority delivery day and time even though they?ve messed up twice!
