The food is served in beautiful and traditional-inspired dishware, and then BBQ Duck in Noodle Soup that I ordered was... delicious. I wish that the noodles were a bit longer because they were hard to scoop up with my chopsticks. Read more
Good place to get asian flavor meals. Some sweet some spicy hot. Soups, same you find any Asian place. Didn't try any. Beef,... chicken, fish, shrimp and pork. Veggie plates also. Enjoyed the beef scallion dish with steamed rice. Pretty good flavor,portion sufficient, then some. Rice was a bit more than most places, that's a plus. I like steamed rice. Themanager-owner-server was very polite. Tea was hot, jazmine, would have love oolong. Forgot to mention the decor took me bysurprise. Furnishings are chinese, expensive looking. The restaurant itself is so beautiful. It was strange when we entered to have lunch on a Saturday and there was no one else.... Immediately upon realizing that, it can be assumed that the food is not great. We ordered a beef side dish, beef potstickers,and asparagus. Everything was not good but not bad. If you’re in desperate need of Chinese cuisine, this may be an option butdefinitely not the best one. Read more
Lovely ambiance, nice waiters but the food was not so great. There were burnt veggies in my meal they were covered in sauce so... initially I didn’t see but when I ate them it left such a bitter taste in my mouth. The place itself is really pretty and hasa nice ambiance to it. I would try it again just because I knew places are having a hard time with staff so it maybe it was justa new cook or something? Some of the best Chinese food in Katy. I really feel like this is a more authentic offering versus other restaurants. The Triple... Delight and the Eggplant with Hot Garlic Sauce are two of my favorites. The Hot Oil Wontons and Dried Bean Curd in Chili Oil areboth great appetizers and do bring the spicy. Don't worry though, despite being a chili Oil, the heat doesn't "burn" and makesthe food full of flavor and highly addicting. They are closed on Tuesdays. Read more
From the decor to the service to the food - this restaurant deserves five stars all the way. We ordered the dumplings, general... taos chicken, and orange chicken. All of the selections we made were amazing. The dumplings were complete perfection. Theseasoning used in the dumpling stuffing was magically delicious. Second time there. First time the food was kinda bland. Tried it again a year or so later and the food was still kinda bland. ... Something had spoiled in the soup and we sent it back. The server/manager was rude also. She would walk off right whensomeone was talking to her. I don't think we will give it a 3rd shot. The decor was nice at least. Read more
