Fast service and friendly staff. This food truck was recommended so I tried it based on that. I ordered crawfish and half pound... of brisket (not pictured). The crawfish was a Louisiana style. Nice balance of spice But not my preference. The mushroom andolives were a nice touch. But overall, there are better places to get crawfish IMO. Read more
Excellent live crawfish, good size and prices. Update 17 Apr 2022: the live crawfish quality was not as good this time. The... sizes were mostly small and they did not seem very fresh, many dead ones and very smelly/dirty. Based on this experience Irecommend looking very closely at the crawfish they give you or just going somewhere else. Read more
If i could give 10 stars i would ! I can?t believe I?ve been passing this place up for 2 years straight . There was a line but... it moved quickly & the brisket was so perfect , crawfish were the absolute best in Katy ! I will definitely be there thisweekend ! Read more
good atmosphere,nice location, good people,but the crawfish were HoT!! a little too hot in my opinion and then you didn't have... any sauce to cool you down cuz the sauce is hot too! >I may be complaining and we will probably be back but a little milderoption with some butter sauce and a milder ketchup mayo sauce would definitely get us back but anyways, I'm sure we will be backanyways! the crawfish had a lot of flavor but they were salty also so they were missing the mark by just a little but but closeenough that we will give them another try.
