The cashier was polite and professional, but kitchen was far from it. Food was clearly not freshly prepared and one of the... kitchen staff was wearing dark sunglasses, throwing food at the cashier that attended me. He is not someone I would keep as anemployee in my opinion. Will not be returning to this location do to lack of professionalism on behalf of kitchen staff. Read more
This location was great when they first opened. Now, not so much. The last few times we have gone through with a mobile order of... just 2 drinks it took over 5 mins. 4 kids goofing off asking us 3 times if we had the mobile order. Brought us a footlong andfries, not ours. All the while our drinks are sitting by the window (we can see them). Today...same, bunch of kids and it took 4of them to realize our order was the two drinks sitting there. Then couldn't tell us which one had vanilla added. Really? I'vebasically done the hard part...placed the order and paid online. Ridiculous. Read more
Kids running the store should be trained on customer service. I placed a drink order online and I went to the drive thru to... inform the young lady I was here to pick up since they did not have stalls and they were not busy. She told me to pull forwardto the window. When I pulled up, there was young man and the 2 young ladies qho just looked out the window at me. I waived andthey just kept snickering. I finally had to honk several times before the young man came to the window. I understand it is hardto find help but the help that is hired SHOULD BE accountable for their actions and duties that they were hired on for. Read more
The drive-thru staff was amazing and friendly! I definitely don't mind going to this location again. We got shakes and churros... and everything actually looked like the pictures on the advertisements, right down to the extra churro on each of our shakes! Thank you for making my son's first week of school treat special. Read more

Honestly this place was good when it first opened but I've been there a few times within the last 6 months or so and the food... just sucks. Today I got these onion rings with horrible taste and clearly burned. Not going back anytime soon. Read more
