Good menu, beautiful restaurant, nice and roomy, good staff. Food was good, but my potatoes and over all meal was room... temperature, didn?t feel like ?just made?. Like my breakfast hot, like just off the griddle, also didn?t appreciate whenpaying, the tip option in forefront when it?s counter service, where you stand in line and order and pay, otherwise everythingwas good. I'm a recently diagnosed diabetic. I am still learning what I can or can not eat The team here went OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure... my meal was safe, good, and to order. And it was all of the above. I wish i could remember the name of the lady at the counterwho was a big help in ordering, but Doug the manager deserves a call out as well for going the distance in customerservice. Amazing experience and great food. Read more

We?ve visited 3 times in the last few weeks and I can honestly say it?s my favorite! All 3 times I had the croissant breakfast... sandwich and a flight of mimosas. I love it! My boyfriend had Eggs Benedict twice. My friend I visited with had brisket tacosand he said they were fantastic and very filling. The waitstaff was very attentive and on the ball. I can?t wait to visitagain! Read more

We decided last minute to go to Black Walnut Café for brunch on Sunday. The ordering process is a pretty rapid paste thing. You... order at the register and then they will bring the food to you. While we were in line waiting to order another employee wasgetting the number of our party and assigning us a table so we would have a place to sit immediately after ordering. We orderedthe chicken and waffles basic pancakes the croissant and gravy and the spicy chicken Benedict. The only thing I wouldn?trecommend was the croissant and gravy it just had a weird sweetness to it and it was contrary to the savory flavors of a normalbiscuits and gravy and didn?t really hit the spot. We Also had the mint margarita which was refreshing and delicious. And themimosas which were premixed. The place was clean, very efficient, the staff was friendly, and will definitely be going back. The bacon avocado eggs Benedict is ???????? *chefs kiss* eggs were perfectly poached and just enough hollandaise sauce. The... grapefruit pomegranate mimosa is top tier. The only thing I wasn?t a fan of was the wait. 25 min wait in the line outside plus40 min wait to get your food. The patio was completely empty and the restaurant inside was half empty. They must have been shortstaffed. They were incredibly apologetic though. Once we were seated at the bar the staff was attentive and friendly despite thechaos. Read more

Great food, the only thing I would have liked better, would be being able to order from a menu at the table. This restaurant you... order from the wall and then you go and have a seat. If you want more coffee, you have to get it yourself. For the three of uswith coffees, the total cost was over $35 for the breakfast plate 2.0 and one French toast plate. For that kind of money, you'dexpect to be waited on. The portions were very large, more than enough food for 3 people. Read more
