I had ordered wings for pickup and when I got back home, after eating like 3 wings, I noticed a blonde hair on the rest of my... wings! I was obviously disgusted and threw it away. I called the next morning to let someone know that I would like a refund andapparently they don?t know how to answer the phones. When they do answer the phones, they?re either very confused or rude andcan?t help. They told me a manager would contact me regarding this matter and I haven?t heard back from anyone. I was informedthere hasn?t been a manager since and they don?t know when there will be one. So I?m hoping the manager will see this review andknow that I want my refund and I am very disappointed with both the food and customer service. This should be handled verydifferently. Read more
Well, this is not the cleanest restaurant in Katy. Especially the restrooms. You have to be in the mood for this type of chicken... to really enjoy it in my opinion. It was fried very hard, especially the wings. Although It?s fried chicken, I don?t think itwould be something that I would crave like the original fried chicken. And for the price, I can?t say that I will be visitingthis place regularly. Read more

Our experience was amazing! The bartender made us a wonderful ruby hurricane... just a little twist from the tropical hurricane... that's on the menu! Please order one! Come back and thank me later! Anyway the staff was awesome, sweet, and attentive. Verynice spot to have a good meal and drink. Our food was delicious the korean tacos was a little spicy but that's definitelypreference maybe. I was disappointed because I?d tried this place years ago, and remember how good they were. I was reminded of them because they... had great reviews in my friend group. I must?ve gotten a bad batch because my chicken was not juicy like others describe/likelast time.. Crunchy skin, and flavorful, yes. But the meat was very dry and hard to chew. Read more
The food is the delicious and the staff were friendly. It?s missing a star b/c the facilities could use some work. The floor was... sticky and when we came in The tables needed to be wiped down although there were no dishes that needed to be bussed. The foodwas delicious! It does take time for some of the wings and chicken drumsticks to come out but it was worth the wait. Thebathroom was clean however they ran out of paper towels and didn?t fill it while we were there. The staff seemed busy althoughwhen we first arrived there wasn?t many dining-in patrons. Wanted to try this place while in Katy. Had medium combo (wings and drums) with half and half sauce, with pickled radish and a... side order of rice. The soy garlic was very good but the spicy was quite spicy and too much spice for my wife and I ate all thespicy ones. Liked the soy garlic flavor but it would be nice if they had more spice levels. They have other Korean dishesbesides fried chicken, like bibimbap and bulgogi, which is nice. Service was fast and friendly. Overall it was a goodexperience. Read more
