It's a great place to catch the Sunday games (football ????) 10 matches playing simultaneously, comfortable seating area (the... bar) and friendly staff. The food is the typical frozen deep fried finger food that's overpriced; however, it's a great place togather for sporting events with a few friends and or family. Very horrible experience. Walked in and the host tried to sit us at a dirty table that wasn?t cleaned. I asked can he move us to... another seat and he handed the menus off and said You can go sit where you want. My friends and I waited and entire hour for thefood just for it to come out extremely cold! The Waiter wasn?t checking on our table. I had to request multiple times for to goboxes after from multiple people and to go sauces due to the fact i had lost my appetite waiting so long. It was good. Service was a little slow as there was only one waitress covering a large area. The wings were good, but they... didn't seem to have as much sauce as they usually do, as about a third to a quarter of each piece had no sauce and there wasn'textra in the bottom to dip the plain parts into. This place dont even deserve one star. We went last night and decided to sit on the bar side since there wasn?t but maybe 6... people over there. Immediately the bartender rushes over to us to tell us it would be better to sit on the other side becauseshe is really busy. I told her no it?s fine and she repeated herself to us and added in the fact that I had my two kids withme.(she didn?t seem busy too us but whatever) we got up and went back to the other side. It took a while for the waiter to seatus and then a little bit more for him to get our drink order. I didn?t mind because we could see that our waiter,I believe hisname was Anthony, was in fact busy. We put in our drink order and ordered an appetizer. Once the drinks came out(minus mydaughters because the bartender took forever to make her lemonade) we ordered our food. The kids food came out first, everythingwas fine with it. Then our appetizer came out, overcooked. Mine and my husbands food wasn?t ready yet but our fries were soAnthony brought those to us so they wouldn?t get soggy. I appreciate that. Once our wings came out they were hard as a rock.Couldn?t get our forks through them. Thankfully our waiter was understanding and took the wings off the check for us. Delish and great service! We went on Fathers Day right when it opened so no wait! Our server Darian made sure we had everything... we needed and was very kind! We even had some coupons so he was very gracious in helping with that and making sure we had properchange... which is always confusing with coupons lol! Will be back! Read more
Love the food.. I'm a member of the rewards program. I have have noticed the service has been getting worse. I hope this... changes. TVs everywhere which is great for watching all your favorite sports. There's also a full bar, truly love this place.Unfortunately, if the service doesn't improve I will be no visiting as often.
