The manager refused to give me my receipt. Ordered through the app and didn't get what I paid for. I ordered a double whopper... among other things and only got a single whopper. When I told the manager what I ordered she demanded that I show her thereceipt that she refused to give me so I had to show her my order on the app. How do you expect someone to show you theirreceipt when you refused to give it to them. The manager knew exactly what I ordered and botched my order anyway just because iasked for a receipt. She lied and I dont appreciate that. Antonio was out right rude.. my order was wrong we let him know he informed me that it was wrong because they were out of stuff.... Smirking about it. I went back to my table and as I was turning around he was hi5ing another employee our the situation. So Iturned around and asked for a manger a friendlier young man walked up and informed m they don't have a manager so I ask how Icould reach the regional manager he also said they don't have one of those.. so I asked for corporate number and he informed methat he didn't have that number.. It's fast food so not really much in that area, but what really sets this location apartfrom the rest is the staff is really... friendly and helpful. The have a really cool indoor playground that makes me wish I was a kid again. When they run out of kid'smeal toys they gave them ice cream to make up for it. Read more
