We used to love this location but the last month the service has gone down tremendously. Every time I have been here our order... is incorrect. Today we went for breakfast. We ordered on the app. It took 15 minutes for the food to be brought out. Then theorder was incorrect and had to be sent back twice. The third time the order was correct but had hair in it. This experience was different. They take to a table and order. They bring the food, like a restaurant. Haven't see that before... in chick fil a but was ok. Nice crew and clean place. Good food as usual. Frosted lemonade with them is so good. Fast service.As usual for them, recommended. Read more
Decent food. Service workers are sometimes helpful, sometimes not so much. Floor is always sticky (really gross). I do enjoy... eating here, would just like if the floors were cleaner and the staff was all on the same page. I would recommend a friend here.I absolutely love their chicken sandwich! It would be nice if they were open on Sundays, but I do understand that they like toreserve that day for church. Read more
Today was my forth and last time ordering online for this location. We had just moved to the area and are HUGE fans for... Chick-fil-a HOWEVER it seems like we always run into some kind of issue at -this location drive-thru and delivery. Today weorder for delivery and our food was absolutely HORRIBLE . All of our food was cold, fries were hard, basic sandwich was cold,not even the slight warm literally room temperature as if our food most have been sitting for a long time. Which had me confusedwhen we live literally less then 5 mins away. The same thing happened last time we ordered delivery for breakfast. We use tolive by the Morton Ranch Location and we NEVER had any issues what so ever but since we been ordering at this location we justkeep getting more and more disappointed. We are a family of 5 and spend a good amount of money each time we order and it's soupsetting that we aren't getting what we paid for. First, I'm a stickler for Honoring Public Servants, Law Enforcement, Military or Veteran's Discounts. I've been to many... Chick-fil-A's while on Duty as an EMT/Veteran & found out this location Doesn't. At least that's what was told. Nevertheless, My Partner & I ordered the EXACT same thing, But was given an order Different. We were way to far down the road to take/bring itback. Read more

This is probably the worst CFA ever. I?ve ordered a few times from this location due to proximity but every time, they seem to... always mess up my order. I?ve gotten a tortilla soup instead of a chicken noodle, to my soup not being closed all the way so itspilled all over my car, non-spicy chicken sandwich instead of spicy, forgetting my brownie that I ordered and most of the timethe portion size aren?t right. I?ve ordered large fries that were only half filled and tonight I ordered the large chickennoodle soup and only half the bowl with barely any noodle was filled. Read more
