So I went to this location for lunch today. they confirmed my order three times and when I returned home with my food it was... wrong. Apparently they don?t actually look at what they are giving you they just repeated verbally. I?m very disappointed andI?m probably not going back. Also I have noticed the last few times I have been there that their scoops are about 2/3 of thesize of the scoops they used to give. Which I noticed right away and That as well is very disappointing. The food is really great and reasonably priced. There is plenty to choose from, it's fast and the staff is friendly. But there... is almost always something wrong with our order. Thus the 4 stars. It could be as simple as missing an ingredient or ingredienton the side, to missing an entire item/side. We now literally check our order, in the parking lot, before leaving. They alwaysmake it right, but it's so frustrating to feel the need to and spend the time doing that. We pick up food there at least once aweek. It ranges from mid-afternoon if we're out running errands, to dinner if we order from home and go and pickup. Yes, Ihighly recommend this restaurant. Read more

Hair in my sandwich, old mac n cheese that we paid an extra $3 for and no extra toppings. I bet if you walked in, you'll find... people without hairnets. Guys, it's really easy: with proper, sanitary food practices, you can prevent yourselves fromexperiencing this kind of embarrassment. First time here and I really enjoyed my meal. I got the chicken salad blt on white toast and the baked potato soup. Both were... good. I'm not a pickle fan but had a couple of bites with the sandwich and it tasted pretty good. I like how they give you asmall cookie with your meal. Definitely will return. So my dog now loves lettuce! I picked up a sandwich and a scoop - you can do that instead of salad!- and brought it home. I... ate my croissant sandwich with the basil chicken salad (it?s fantastic!) and started on the scoop of Original, but I justcouldn?t quite finish all of it. It?s great, but I?m trying to not eat so much! Anyway, my cute dog sat there looking longinglyat the last bit of chicken salad sitting on a nice big piece of lettuce. I?m always trying to find ways of getting her to loveme more than anyone else so I fed her the chicken salad wrapped in the lettuce.
