Showed up on Saturday 10/1/22 to grab some lunch. Walked in and there was already 7 people waiting, the hostest said 15-20... minutes to be seated. As we waited at least 10 more people arrived. There was many open seats in restaurants and bar but theywould seat in those areas. The hottest kept coming back saying sorry for the wait. She then said she was going to talk to themanager. The manager told her still not to sit anyone and she apologized again. The restaurants appears to be severely understaffed either in kitchen or wait staff. We waited 30 minutes and they still hadn't seated the groups prior to us, we were onlytwo people. While everyone waits I see them continue to take to go ordered one after another and not tending to the customersin their building. The restaurant lost many customers who ended up walking out after waiting well after the estimated theirtimes told. Just be honest from the start so people don't waste theit time based on a unrealistic time given. I wouldn'trecommend this place, seems like management doesn't have a good pulse on taking care of their customers. Read more
Avoid this location! We waited 35MIN without anyone coming to our tables to greet us or even get our drink/food order! I could... see the host just staring at us as well as the bus boy but NEVER went to get a waiter for us! Ridiculous! We had 3 crying babieswaiting to eat & wasted 35MIN waiting to b served! We left! The food was very good. Friendly staffing. It was an overall pretty good experience. It would be nice to have drink alternatives... for the happy hour. This way, if there is an allergy to an ingredient, there is a workable solution to not miss the good price.???????????? Read more
My family and I went in for dinner about 6 pm and we were told there was a 30 minute wait. No reason given and no alternative to... sit at the bar. We thought the hostess was joking but she surely was not. As you can see in the pictures, the restaurant wasalmost empty and plenty of seats! Read more
Here?s the deal, I?m giving this Chili?s 3 stars mainly because I never know what I?m going to get when I go there. This last... time I went the food was AMAZING. The time before, everything was bland. This time the service was pretty good. There were a fewthings forgotten? that?s okay. I?m pretty chill and understanding. The time before, pure chaos. We almost got someone else?sbill? a table of 14 to be exact and it was just 3 of us at our table. The restaurant is decently clean. I think bathrooms coulduse some more attention. I placed an order togo for curbside. The curbside employee was not interested in doing their job and left my food sitting on the... togo shelf for over 10 min before walking in to check for my food. The employee was going through her purse and applying lipgloss and I didn't notice her wash her hands afterwards either. The food was ice cold and not cooked properly. The ranch waslike water and the queso was watery and not fresh. I checked the food in the parking lot. Had to toss my whole order in fear ofgetting food poisoning again. Not taking a chance. Read more
