Today I have come to the conclusion that Chipotle just isn?t very good anymore?and maybe it never was. I woke up from my... delusion with tonight?s burrito bowl. Any steak dish you order will have 1) grayish tough unseasoned meat like it was boiled,not seared 2) meat full of inedible connective tissue forcing you to spit out bits with every bite 3) grayish liquid soupy messwith all the components mixed together 4) overall ice cold dish from mixing all the other ingredients with the meat, the meatnever stood a chance. Paid $12.95 for the new steak to only get this burnt piece of beef jerky. This wasn't the only piece that was burnt, I just only... took this one picture. I ordered online from this location and had a piece of plastic bag in my food. The steak meat tasted old and not fresh. I... returned the food with the plastic bag portion (second visit) and now am having difficulty getting a refund. THIS IS CRAZY!!!What type of customer service is this??? Chipotle is a nice option for a quick meal. The burritos and bowls are delicious, my favorite meat is the barbacoa, but the... chicken and steak are good options as well. This is nice location that is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Whenthe weather is nice, I enjoy being able to sit outside and eat, but being next to Mason there is always road noise. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. In fact, it's so reliably bad that it should be studied by scientists. ... Every time I have been here has been completely and utterly awful. Statistically it's hard to even be this bad. This locationis bad during the day and at night, online and in-person. I don't even understand it can be so bad. If whoever owns this storeis reading this, please, for the sake of the residents of this Chipotle-loving community, hire some decent staff, or sell thelocation to someone who cares. Read more
