I was very happy that I chose this location on N. Fry Rd. Katy Texas. When arriving at this location I was greeted by Angelo... with a smile and a very personable approach. Angelo was informative and patient as I gave my order. As I observed this place Isaw the place was very clean, the buffet was clean and organized. The workers like Cesar kept the restaurant clean and orderly,Angelica and Bea and DAndre made us an awesome pizza just the way we liked it!!! Overall the owner Shawn B was present workingwith his crew and they all were working like a great team should. Shawn did another important thing that is very important whenI go to a restaurant is he went table to table and asked how everything was and greeted almost every person coming in. My son likes this kind of places, and I often take him to one on my neighborhood, this one I visited now on Fry Rd. Nothing to... be with my previous experiences. Even the young manager came to the table to ask if we were enjoying the food and it is thefirst time I experience this in this kind of restaurant. I already recommended it to my friends and I did ate pizza an salad inthis visit. Keep it up. Great service. Read more
Very friendly staff. We can when they first opened at 11am and pizzas were fresh and the salad bar was well stocked
This is my favorite Location. I live closer to 2 other locations but would rather come to this one every time. I love the staff... who are always friendly, polite and respectful. And the manager(Shawn I think) who always accommodates us and makes the pizza Ican't get anywhere else is such a nice guy. We love this Cici's. Thank you Read more
I just ate with my family at this location. I have to say that I was impressed with the way how the workers were working. Smile... on their faces, cleaning constantly and keeping the buffet stocked. I have not seen that quality of work and service in a verylong time. We normally sit and watch how many things people do wrong when handling food and let me tell you that I didn't noticeone thing wrong. To the young manager I have to say HANDS DOWN TO YOU! Always with a smile and I did notice how you praise thelady working in the salad bar. Great job to all! Long review but it was such a great experience I had to share! Great food too! Read more

First time here at this location and it was absolutely a great dine in experience. Had a very good, large, and fresh selection... of pizza. The manager Shawn had everything on point and definitely made the visit worth coming across town for. I wouldrecommend this location 10/10 times, and definitely look forward to coming back. Read more
